Safety and reporting

To report someone or unsafe behavior, use Block & Report in Settings, or the report option on their profile. Include as much context as you can so the team can review it quickly.

Billing and purchases

When you write about a purchase, include:

Purchase date
Platform: iOS, Android or web
Product ID
Receipt or order reference

Coins are virtual, can't be transferred, have no cash value and can only be used in Matchtopia. Refunds and charges follow the policies of Apple's App Store, Google Play, Stripe or the payment processor, and the law that applies.

Something isn't working
